Availability of payable on the 1st or 15th of the month. Agreement's must be signed in writting between Business Owner and Our Firm.

Notation: We will work with your chosen CPA or Accountant of Choice on your behalf, but they must be aware of our firm and services. We work for YOU and WITH them but not for the CPA.

This Tier is for the Growing Business that has a clear focus and ackowledges assistance is required and much needed!

The All IN packages is for the Very Serious Entrepreneur & Business Owner or Solopreneur - this person knows and understands that they are in need of a Business Manager.

This is a deal- for Value Service Plan where our firm is your Virtual Business Manager & Running everything from the Word Go!

Everything from Starter and Economy Plus More such as A/P and A/R. Bill pay, Payroll (perfer in a company such as Gusto or QuickBooks Eite), Industry Insights to keep up with the compeition (only in Advanced QuickBooks and higher plans).

We litterally have your back at every corner and turn and will always have your business at heart!

Comes with bi-weekly pre-planned sessions with Us Per Month with follow up written scope of discussion/notes from each session.

Consultation is a MUST in this Tier package!

Starts around $950 & Up. ACH or Credit Card withdrawl monthly & contract required with signatures for specified term agreement.in writting.

Projects

Projects are a One-Off service based. These can range depending on the Project needed, length, qualifications of projects and more.

Examples of Projects we can do:
Social Media Moderation of an Event

Webinar or Training Your Business does.

Design Creation in Canva (this can depend on project)

Microsoft Office Suite in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms.

Research or Travel Arrangements.

A One time Administrative Task.

This is the ONLY service that is on a per hour basis and will depend on the scope of work being performed.

Hourly rate: starts at $25/hr with Deposit due at agreement signing.

All agreements are prearranged & each party agreement of contracted work. ACH withdrawl is completed on the 1st of the month only.

Notation:

If we are doing any Bookkeeping work we will work with your Chosen CPA or Accountant but we work for YOU and WITH them but not for them.

Clean Up or Catch Up Bookkeeping Service

JW Executive Consulting LLC does do Clean Up and Cath Up Services.
The following criteria must be in place first prior to the Consultation.

This is a Paid Diagnositic Service- meaning a payment will be expected and paid prior to any work being started on any business accounting software. Diagnostic Reviews Only can start at $250 and Up.

- An accounting software already set up and ready to go such as QuickBooks Online
(we do not deal with Desktop at all)

- Bank accounts and Credit Card Accounts must already be set up in accounting software
- MUST have filed taxes from the year prior - and be willing to share CPA/IRS forms
- Understand that we wil not publish the total amount of the Clean Up or Catch Up Service Fees online- this is only discussed at the Consultation Session.
- We work for YOU and WITH your chosen CPA/Accountant but we do not work for them and will maintain a professional elegance on your behalf but must be met with the same professionalism in return.

After the initial consultation session the following will be delivered to you in a secure enviornment for retrieval:
- Written Diagostic Plan of Action with Steps

- An Invoice for the work to be completed - a detailed beakdown of costs.
- Contract required to be signed prior to start of any work being done.
- Engagement/Scope of work to be completed to be signed.

Once all the above has been completed with dates, signatures on all documents required, and payment in full - then work will be started with weekly updates as specified in contract. Deliverables will also be sent at the end of this Clean Up or Catch Up!
