Service Details:
Billing: This is our only service offered on an hourly basis
Rate: Starting at $25/hour (based on scope and complexity)
Deposit: Required at the time of agreement signing
Payment Terms: All agreements are pre-arranged and mutually approved; ACH withdrawals processed on the first of the month only!

All Packages, Any one-off projects will all be a signed engagements or contracts before any work is started, worked on or completed.
Payments will be made payable by ACH withdrawl at the onboarding session or start of the project. Payables are on the First or the 15th of the month. We do not do payables on services.
We will work with your chosen CPA/Accountant but we will work WITH them on your behalf.
A paid diagnostic review will be conducted on all clean up and catch ups of bookkeeping software (QuickBooks Online, Xero or Wave) and know the fee for the paid diagnostic review must be paid upfront and is non-refundable or transferable. Filed tax returns must be accessible to complete the tasks needed for this service.
If Payroll is a standalone service, there must be an accompanying payroll service such as Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks Online Advanced or Elite, Xero Payroll (top tier) or another third party affiliation.
Any sessions are always scheduled in advance so that the staff can ensure timley excution and preparedness for the session, deliverables after the sessions will be delivered via e-mail.
We are a consulting firm that handles business and project managment of small businesses. We do not pretend we are something when we aren't and we uphold integrity and professionalism at all times.
All Payments are subject to change, pricing is based on industry, number of accounts, amount of dedication & support needed, scope of work and details- there will not be two alike- we do not do the "cookie cutter" approach and everyone's consultation/discovery calls are unique just as your business - we believe you deserve the attention to aide your business in day to day operations!
